A sanctuary where the ancient arts of yoga, meditation, and sound healing converge to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. I'm Lucia, and I would love to be your guide on this path to holistic well-being.
As yoga teacher, meditation teacher, Sound Healer and Gong Master, Reiki Master, I am passionate about sharing the healing power of these practices with you.
I'm a singer and songwriter as well. I craft music that promotes healing through soulful vocal melodies and vibrations, and I provide inspiring guided meditations designed to foster inner peace.
Additionally, I host monthly sound baths at a church in Kingston-Upon-Thames.
I also provide private sound healing sessions for individuals or couples, as well as yoga and sound healing sessions at my residence in Kingston.
My goal is to support you on your journey towards greater well-being, vitality, and joy.
